Booster seat (for 4 years to 8 years old) needs to be strapped in the front passenger seat with the diagonal seatbelt by law. Any other traveller needs to sit in the middle. As this may be a tight fit it is recommended that when travelling with a baby a 4 berth vehicle is hired.
Note, whilst it is legal in New Zealand for a child to sit in the front, it is not recommend for a child under 26kgs or under 7 years to travel in this vehicle.
Booster Seats have to be pre-booked, otherwise cannot be guaranteed. Please advise age and weight of child on booking.
